Business Analytics towards a Circular Economy
As a research group at University of Applied Sciences Zwickau, we collaborate with industry and academic partners to develop solutions that optimize processes, increase profitability, and incorporate circular economy principles. We primarily focus on small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. Our goal is to raise awareness about the value of their existing data and use complex analyses and simulation methods to identify improvement opportunities based on this data. We aim to generate added value for these companies through our work by providing concrete recommendations for action.
